Brief Summary of Causation
Assessment of the relationship between the incident and the resulting injuries or conditions. Report lays out a narrative of the case in chronological order.
Demand Letter Draft
A concise summary of injuries, treatment, damages, and compensation sought, customized to your preferences, complete with the high-level details of the medical findings.
Merit Review
We can provide an objective assessment of the medical facts to determine the strength and viability of a case. Never waste money on another case that ends up being non-meritorious.
Expert Witness Location
Identification and coordination of qualified medical experts for case support. Why put in the time and effort to locate and vet qualified experts when we can do that for you quickly and at a very reasonable cost.
IME/DME Observation
Let us put your client at ease before and during an IME/DME. We contact the client the day before and then escort them through the process. We observe and submit a written report of the examination, recording as allowed.

With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience spanning legal nurse consulting, clinical practice, nursing education, and school health, Jen has the proven ability to lead her team of LNCs, implement cutting-edge initiatives, and cultivate collaborative relationships with attorneys, their firms, and community stakeholders. Recognized for translating complex medical information into clear, evidence-based analyses while driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and high-quality outcomes through strong leadership, clinical expertise, sound judgment, and exceptional communication.
As a Cleveland Native, Jen is an avid sports fan, always cheering on the Guardians and Browns, showcasing her loyalty. She is a wife, mother of two, and distance runner. When not hard at work, she enjoys reading, journaling, and spending time watching her children do what they love!

Inital Consult
The process begins with a short phone call or Zoom meeting to gather needed information, including a brief synopsis of the case, the desired work product, and the ideal turnaround time.
Medical Record Retrieval
We can provide you with a link to a HIPAA protected DropBox folder to upload the records. We are also happy to use the upload software that you are most comfortable using if your firm already has a process in place.
Consulting Fee Proposal
After a quick, high level review of the records, we provide you with a cost estimate for approval. This ensures you remain in control and aware of the final cost, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
Case Review & Analysis
Our case reviews are second to none. We frequently hear from our attorney clients that the work we provide adds exponential value to their final settlements. Our work product not only adds monetary value, but also saves time for you and your team!
Case Delieverable
Once the review is completed as requested, we submit the final documents to you in Word format. This allows you to copy and paste as you see fit. Final submissions may be delivered via email, DropBox, or through your preferred software system.
Billing & Invoicing
We provide you with a professional invoice that is conveniently delivered electronically, allowing for either rapid payment via online or by a mailed check, if preferred.
